Cancellation/Rescheduling: Please notify us at least 2 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedule and accommodate other clients.

No-Show Policy: If you miss your appointment without any notice, a full fee will be charged for the service reserved.

Payment Validity: Payments for services made are valid for one month from the date of purchase.

SERVICE/PRODUCTS REFUND POLICY

Services: All service sales are final. We do not offer refunds for individual services, service packages, or service series, whether used or unused.

Products: We gladly offer refunds or exchanges for unused products within 24 hours of purchase, provided they are returned with the original receipt and in their original packaging.
