We ask what you want from the hour, and check for anything we should know about. Pressure is agreed before we begin.

A private suite, robes and fresh towels laid out. Arriving ten minutes early is what keeps this part unhurried.

Sixty minutes of firm, deliberate work through the muscle. Depth is built gradually, never forced.

What is the difference between a deep tissue and a relaxing massage?+

Pressure and purpose. A deep tissue massage uses firm, focused pressure to release chronic tightness, knots and pain, and to restore range of movement. A Relaxing Massage (₦35,000) stays light to medium and is designed to help you unwind rather than to work into the muscle.

Does a deep tissue massage hurt?+

It should feel like firm, productive pressure not pain. Depth is built gradually and your therapist checks in as they go. Say the word at any point and the pressure changes immediately.

How long does a deep tissue massage take?+

Sixty minutes of hands-on time. Allow around 75 minutes in total so check-in is unhurried we ask guests to arrive 10 minutes before their appointment.

Will I be sore afterwards?+

Some guests feel a mild ache for a day or so, similar to after exercise. Drinking water and moving gently helps. Tell your therapist if you bruise easily and they will adjust.

How often should I book a deep tissue massage?+

It depends on what you are managing. For long-standing tightness many guests start every two to three weeks, then move to monthly once it settles. We will suggest a rhythm after your treatment rather than sell you a package.

Do I need to book in advance?+

Walk-ins are welcome, but booked appointments take priority and evening slots fill first. Booking ahead is the surest way to get the time you want.

What should I wear?+

Come in comfortable clothing. Robes, towels and disposable undergarments are provided, and you undress only to your level of comfort in a private suite.

What if I am pregnant or have an injury?+

Tell your therapist before the treatment begins if you have any medical conditions, allergies or skin sensitivities, recent injuries or surgeries, or if you are pregnant. Deep tissue is not always suitable, and we will recommend a better-matched treatment where needed.

What payment methods do you accept?+

Debit cards and bank transfers. We do not accept cash. Prepaid services remain valid for one month from the date of payment.
