Lizaffair Beauty Spa operates two branches in Abuja Jabi at 26 Alex Ekwueme Way, Nera Hotel, and Gwarinpa at 17, 4th Avenue and this website at go.lizaffair.com. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

We only collect what we need to serve you:

• Booking details your name, phone number, email address, preferred branch and the treatment you book.
• Enquiry details anything you send through our contact form, WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok or by phone.
• Consultation notes where a treatment requires it, relevant health information such as allergies, skin sensitivities, recent injuries, medical conditions or pregnancy.
• Website usage standard technical data such as pages visited and approximate location, collected by analytics.

We use your information to confirm and deliver your appointment, to contact you about a booking, to carry out treatments safely, to process payment, and to answer your enquiries.

We will only send you offers or updates if you have asked to receive them, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

Consultation notes are collected so that treatments are carried out safely and are treated as confidential. They are seen only by the therapists and practitioners involved in your care, and are never used for marketing or shared with third parties for their own purposes.

Some services are provided for us by others, who process data on our behalf:

• Setmore online appointment booking.
• Google Maps branch location maps embedded on this site.
• WhatsApp and social platforms where you choose to contact us through them.
• Our hosting and analytics providers to run and measure the website.

Each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data.

We accept debit cards and bank transfers. We do not accept cash, and we do not store your full card details on this website or at either branch.

Card and transfer payments are processed by Paystack and Flutterwave, and in-person card payments are taken on a Moniepoint POS terminal. Your card details are handled directly by these providers and by your bank we never see or retain the full card number.

Each provider processes your payment data under its own privacy policy and is regulated by the Central Bank of Nigeria.

This website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep it working properly and to understand how it is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well.

Booking and consultation records are kept for as long as needed to provide your care and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which they are securely deleted.
