Where are your spa locations?+

We currently have two branches in Abuja: our Jabi Branch at 26 Alex Ekwueme Way, Nera Hotel, Jabi, and our Gwarinpa Branch at 17, 4th Avenue, Gwarinpa.

What are your operating hours?+

Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM. Sunday: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM.

How do I book an appointment?+

Booking with us is easy. You can book directly through our website, send us a message on Instagram or TikTok, or contact us via WhatsApp at 0807 232 6127. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

Do you accept walk-in appointments?+

Yes, we welcome walk-in guests. However, appointments are given priority to ensure availability and allow us to prepare for your treatment.

Can I reschedule my appointment?+

Yes. Appointments may be rescheduled provided you notify us at least one hour before your scheduled appointment time.

What is your cancellation policy?+

If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least two hours before your scheduled time. This helps us accommodate other clients and manage our schedule efficiently.

What payment methods do you accept?+

We currently accept debit card payments and bank transfers. Please note that we do not accept cash payments.

Can I book a spa session for someone else?+

Absolutely. You can purchase a spa experience for friends, family or loved ones by booking through our website, Instagram, TikTok or WhatsApp.

Can I book a couples or group spa session?+

Yes, we offer couples and group spa bookings for special occasions, celebrations, corporate wellness experiences, or simply a relaxing day with friends and family. We recommend booking in advance so we can reserve the appropriate space, therapists and treatment times.

How long are prepaid services valid?+

All prepaid services are valid for one month from the date of payment.

Can I request a refund for a booked service?+

Payments made for booked services are non-refundable. However, your booking remains valid for one month, and you may reschedule your appointment within this period, subject to availability.

What time should I arrive for my appointment?+

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows sufficient time for check-in and helps ensure your treatment begins on time.

What happens if I arrive late for my appointment?+

We understand that unexpected delays happen. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, though your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. Clients who arrive significantly late may be required to reschedule, subject to availability.

What should I wear during my treatment?+

Please wear comfortable clothing when visiting the spa. For treatments such as massages and body therapies, we provide robes, towels, disposable undergarments and any other necessary attire to ensure your comfort and privacy.

Are children allowed at the spa?+

Yes, children are welcome. We also offer a 30% discount on eligible services for children under 15 years of age.

Do you sell gift cards or vouchers?+

What if I have a medical condition, allergy, injury, or I’m pregnant?+

Your safety is our priority. Please inform your therapist before your treatment if you have any medical conditions, allergies or skin sensitivities, recent injuries or surgeries, pregnancy, or any other health concerns.
